What We Collect

When you use CoverCraft AI, we collect the job title, company name, job description, and experience summary you submit. This data is used solely to generate your cover letter.

How We Process It

Your submitted text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered generation. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy. We do not store your submissions after your cover letter is delivered.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data under their privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Vercel (our hosting provider) may set functional cookies for performance.

Data Retention

Your job details are stored temporarily in Stripe checkout session metadata for the duration of the transaction. They are not stored in any database.

Your Rights

Since we do not persistently store your personal data, there is nothing to delete. If you have questions, contact us at support@avatrix.co.
